Paul Scholes back on Capello’s Euro 2012 Radar

After a sensational return of Old Trafford legend Paul Scholes to the Manchester United squad to ease Alex Fergusons team ridden injury woes – he has once again caught the eye of England boss Fabio Capello.

Scholes who retired at the end of last season had been playing a big part coaching and training with the reserve team at United but returned to the first team this year and has since scored on his returning debut.

Capello is said to be considering asking Scholes once again to return to international football after he turned down the opportunity to return for World Cup 2010.

The England squad at the moment is centred around the up-and-coming youth players but Scholes’ return to the mid-field would bring an air of experience that is needed for high calibre tournaments such as the upcoming Euro 2012 in Poland & Ukraine this summer.
